We are a group of 4 female illustration students at UWE in Bristol and we will have a spare room available for the following year (1st July 2015) for 1 year's tenancy. The house is situated in the Cliftonwood area which is convenient for access into town and for the Bower Ashton campus. There is also a bus that goes straight to the centre of town or onto the Frenchay campus. The new tenant must be a current student to live here. We will be studying in our final year so hope to maintain a peaceful household. We are clean, tidy and friendly and are looking for someone to fit that description. Bills are not included in the price of the rent.
