Double Room in Clifton - Great Location

This is a unfurnished room in a great location just off Clifton Triangle - walking distance to the center of town, Whiteladies and Clifton Village with a ton of shops and amenities on your doorstep on the Triangle as well. You'll be sharing with two easy going guys in their 20's.

The room is large and spacious and although unfurnished our housemate would be willing to sell all the furniture for a reasonable price and this can be discussed if you're interested. The living room is large and open plan with the kitchen and dining room.

There is a reserved parking space right in front of the house available for an extra £50 per month - if you're familiar with the area you'll know parking can be a pain round this area so if you do have a car this space will be a god send! No obligation to rent the space though.

The landlord is excellent and gets things fixed on the very rare occasions when this is needed.

Ideally we're looking for another male in their 20's who is in full time employment or similar (sorry no students or couples!) who is friendly, easy going and tidy.
