Central spacious room, bills included

Full-time rent of £800/month or £575 on a Monday to Friday basis. This includes all bills.

We are located in the centre of Bristol, just off The Triangle, with everything on your doorstop.

Please note that the room is available from the 16th June for 3 months only.

The room has a double bed, a large double wardrobe and 2 large chest of drawers. There is a bureau and chair.

The bathroom is adjacent to your room and is shared with one other lodger, whose bedroom is also on the ground floor.

The living area is on the first floor with the kitchen and conservatory leading to a secluded courtyard garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, cupboard space and two fridge-freezers.

The bus station is a short walk and the train station a 25 min walk or bus ride. For longer lets you can apply for a car parking permit from the Council, for on-street parking.

We have 2 parakeets who live indoors and therefore you need to be comfortable around birds.
