Double room in cute Cotham/Redland flat

Hello!

I’m looking for a tenant to share my two-bedroom flat in Cotham/Redland with for a short-term let.

It’s a gorgeous period property conversion in a fantastic location. I bought the place in July 2020 and redecorated when I moved in so everything is nice and fresh, and the flat is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. On-street permit parking is available too.

The room available is a double, with lovely large shutter windows overlooking Lovers Walk and Cotham Gardens. It’s very close to Redland train station which takes you down to Bristol Temple Meads. It’s available from mid April. The room is part furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

I’m 32 and I work in communications, mostly based in the office but sometimes working from home. I’m fairly busy during the week - going to the gym, seeing friends, going for dinner/drinks and and I also go to a number of networking events in the evenings.
