The room is a newly refurbished double bedroom complete with:

- Double bed & mattress
- 3 door wardrobe with mirror
- Freestanding mirror
- x 1 bedside cabinet
- Approx 2.7m x 2.7m of floorspace
- Furniture will be in before someone moves in!

- Spacious shared lounge adjoined to a modern kitchen

- Downstairs WC to be installed shortly
- All doors are lockable with keys
- Instant boil tap in kitchen
- Washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven, glass hob, microwave

- Very close proximity to Airbus, GKN & Rolls Royce
- Large patio area and garden to rear of property

Currently myself and 1 other tenant at the property although my girlfriend often stays over as she works locally.

I'm looking for someone who's tidy & considerate around the house. It would be great to socialise on occasion but I'm also very respectful of people's personal space & privacy. I myself am an early riser, usually heading to bed by 9.30pm and getting up around 6am but I'm always mindful of keeping the noise down at that time of the morning! The house is a very chilled, safe space and absolutely anyone is welcome as long as both feel we'd be a good fit!
