Large double in spacious house w large garden
The room available is a large furnished double and overlooks a quiet leafy garden. I am a single parent with two children (8 and 5) and we are looking to share our home with a lovely person, a student or professional.
You must be comfortable with children and a family atmosphere. I work full time, often from home, and both kids are in school full time. We are happy to socialize together sometimes but also to respect each other's space and needs.
We are just a couple minutes off the railway path for cycling, also convenient to number 6, 48, 49 buses into town. There is secure bike storage for one bike (in a padlocked shed) and off-road parking for one car.
