Due to its location it has very good transport links to the town centre and ideal to travel to MoD (Abbey wood), UWE, Airbus, HP, M4/M5 corridor, Cribbs Causeway, Orange, RAC, Rolls Royce and Aztec West.
The kitchen is open plan with Fridge Freezer, WM, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, toaster etc.
The location boasts convenient shops nearby; Iceland, Tesco, MorrisonâÃÂàs, Lidl, Aldi, IKEA, Next and Xercise4less gym (one of the largest in the area).
The rooms would suit a professional working in and around Bristol.
