Must be clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples space. This is a friendly house so party animals need not apply. Current housemates work Mon to Fri. Suited possibly to professionals over 25 and looking for a place to call home.

The rooms are furnished with new carpet including curtains, Double bed/Single beds, wardrobe and draws.
The house has been recently fully renovated so is in pristine condition and equipped with brand new kitchen appliances. It is fresh, clean and tidy.
Due to its location it has very good transport links to the town centre and ideal to travel to MoD (Abbey wood), UWE, Airbus, HP, M4/M5 corridor, Cribbs Causeway, Orange, RAC, Rolls Royce and Aztec West.
The kitchen is open plan with Fridge Freezer, WM, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, toaster etc.
The location boasts convenient shops nearby; Iceland, Tesco, Morrison†™s, Lidl, Aldi, IKEA, Next and Xercise4less gym (one of the largest in the area).
The rooms would suit a professional working in and around Bristol.
