I have live at this property for the past 16years with my son ,who is now heading off to university, I'm looking for a student to rent his room out whilst he his away ,so primarily when university is out and he can come home to visit ,the other student can go home for their visit, and then return when holiday is over. Exception can be made if you're from overseas and can't go home.
