Room available in Frenchay BS16

I have a spacious double room available in a beautiful apartment located in a quiet housing estate on the boarder of Frenchay and Fishponds. A stone throw away is Oldbury park estate, Fishponds high street and UWE Glenside is within walking distance.
UWE Frenchay is a short bus journey away.

Great travel links to the centre, bus stop 5minutes walk.

The double room contains an ottoman bed, Chester drawers and a desk. Additional furniture can be added. There is a thermostat in the room to control heating, along with a television.

I work Monday to Friday and I am usually out on the weekends. I am very sociable and easy to get along with.

Bathroom and kitchen is shared.

I am looking for a female lodger.
