Seeking 2 lovely housemates to join me in Frenchay

Hello everyone, the 2 lovely ladies I live with are moving out by 10th April, so looking for 2 lovely ladies to take their place if possible!

I'm Sarah, 39, I live in a cottage in Frenchay Hill with my cat ebony. The rent is £584 a month with bills on top (currently paying 750 in total each per month, in theory should be less in warmer months when heating is not being used). Council Tax Band E. Virgin WiFi &TV.

The rooms available are both double bedrooms, one has a built in wardrobe. The house came completely unfurnished, it is mostly my furniture in the house, 1 of the girls furnished her own room but may leave a few things depending on what is available where she ends up moving to.

I like a calm, quiet, clean tidy home, I love to make a house a home rather than random house share vibes. Definitely also value time alone and respect others need for the same. Love to cook meals together a couple of times a week and quite happy to spend evenings chilling in our massive lounge watching TV or a good film 😊

Happy to host friends occasionally but definitely not a party house. There is a quirky small spare room that is decorated with space wallpaper from the landlords kids, I use it for storage/WFH occasionally and have a small sofa bed for guests.

I have to find people for the rooms by Saturday (I need to give the landlord a month's notice) so I am also looking at other options for myself, just in case. So I will need to make a decision about new house mates by 10th March.

We are currently on a 6 month contract, signed through ocean estate agents with extensive employment and landlord checks required, upfront rent and deposit etc. The house is managed by the private landlord who is local and has been very lovely and helpful, he just wants us to be happy and at home here and has said he is quite happy for me to stay on and find to people to replace my friends 👍🏻 so potential for this to be a long term home.

There are lovely walks round here, 2 paths on the lane lead to snuff mills and Oldbury court.
Due to the rural location it would best suit someone who has a car.
