There is also a shared bathroom, shared fully fitted kitchen with new appliances & separate shared living room with balcony & Sky TV & Broadband. The Sky TV & Broadband is included in the rent. Plus as an added bonus, there is a private garden for when the weather is nice. There is plenty of onroad parking. Bedding can be supplied if required, but the washing of the bedding & the cleaning of the room is down to you. The apartment is located within a stones throw of Frenchay Common, close to UWE, Hewlett Packard & MOD plus easy access to Friends Life, Airbus & Rolls Royce. Also close to the A4174 Ring Road, which links to the M32, M4/M5, & easy access into the city of Bristol.
