Hi!

We’re looking for someone to join us for our next year’s tenancy in Horfield (north Bristol), starting 03/05/24.

The house:

Large, well-equipped kitchen, with gas hobs, lots of cupboard space and one big shared fridge/freezer unit.
Spacious communal area.
Cupboard for bike storage.
Decent size garden/patio to enjoy in the summer. BBQ is ready and waiting to be used. Bench and loads of vegtables and herbs growing in pots.
Shared ensuite.
Plenty of space for a double bed, desk, furniture and room to spread out.

Location:

Horfield is situated at the top of Gloucester Road which is known for its restaurants, bars and independent shops.
Good transport links into town via bus (takes about 20 mins). Bus stop is a 1 min walk from the front door.
Good access to nature & the M4 means minimal traffic if you want to leave the city.
Horfield leisure centre, which includes a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, squash courts and football pitches is a 5 minute walk.
Nearest pub (Inn on the green) is a 3 minute walk and is a great local.

What we’re looking for:

Chilled, sociable housemates who are respectful of boundaries & cleanliness.
Bonus points if you are into any of the following: the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, board games, music, gigs, pub quizzes, mindfulness, theatre, fitness, travelling, festivals, environmentalism.
