Double room available in a 6 bed house share on gloucester road, with three floors, two bathrooms, and a large garden (for summer bbqs!). £595 per month, all bills included (including wifi and a cleaner!!). One month rent deposit required. Move in date can be flexible for the right person.

You'll be replacing our lovely housemate Sarah who is moving back to Belfast to focus on her musical endeavors. Remaining in the house will be:
- Nick (28) who works from home so cooks banging 7 course meals and is learning 5 different instruments,
- Anna (24) who you'll always catch doing various outdoor sports, and occasionally works from home,
- Baz (26) who skateboards 24/7 and enjoys eating breakfast on the roof,
- Beth (27), who finished her law masters, and currently works in a bakery (often bringing free baked goods home)
- and Lola (22), due to finish her theology masters and ready to enjoy summer :)

We're looking for someone who:
- Is vegetarian / vegan (as we're a meat free house)
- Is friendly, social, and tidy
