Looking for a responsible, tidy, ideally full time professional or full time student, considerate male or female person to stay here.
Aged ideally 27 - 40
1 x female lovely 31 year old full time phd student living there.
2 people renting in total eventually - with the owner (me) coming back with notice for a few weeks a year.

The heating bills and other bills are included in the rent.

It is the top two levels you will be living on.
(The separate ground floor flat is has its own entrance.)
