The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the place has furniture.

A bit about me.
I have lived in shared houses for ever, so I'm an experienced housemate at this point, and I've mastered the art of communal living over the years. I'm relaxed, tidy and I love playing board games and going to the pub.
I have a cat called Dennis that loves sunbathing and a head scratch!
I work in Aztec west but I work from home two days a week in my room.

The bills come to about £100 a month, with heating costing very little because the flat stays nice and warm in the winter.
