There is parking available if you drive. I'm situated very close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, with the commute to both Bristol and Bath obtainable. Keynsham railway station a short distance away too, as well as bus routes.
Cinema, gyms, swimming pools, etc, local too.
Lots of places to eat.
