Redland double room in friendly flat share

We are Luke & Andreas (both 27) and we are looking for a new flatmate to come and join us in a comfortable and spacious 3-bed flat in Redland.

We are both social, tidy and easy-going professionals. Luke works in Marketing for a Tax Consultancy and Andreas is a Project Manager in Bristol. We are close friends so we are often chilling in the kitchen and the lounge during the week, watching tv or cooking. On weekends, we are usually out exploring, trying new restaurants, watching / playing sports or going out for drinks when we can. It would be great to find someone who is social, but we also appreciate that everyone's got their own stuff going on as well.

The room is a double and comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. Downstairs there's a spacious open plan kitchen (which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer) and living room that opens out to a patio and garden - amazing for soaking up the sun in the summer.

The flat is on a quiet and peaceful street, and it's in a fantastic location as it's only a few minutes walk to Whiteladies Road/Cotham Hill (plenty of great restaurants to choose from), a 15-minute walk to the Downs, or a 30-min walk into the city centre. There is also a large Sainsbury's and M&S nearby for food shopping, and an ALDI which is a 15 mins drive.

Rent is £595 a month and bills average around £130. The room is available from 15th April. Parking is available with a permit on the street.
