The location is great - with lots of shops and restaurants near by, and walking distance to city centre.
Bedroom 2 and the Dining room (has been converted to a bedroom) are £795 including bills, and bedroom 3 (single bedroom) is £575 (view schematic plan attached). Every room has a desk, a wardrobe and a bed (at minimum). Bills included are gas, electricity and water.
