Spacious Double Room available - Redland!

Hey guys!

We have a double room available from
1st May, in a three bed house share! We live in a lovely flat in Redland just off whiteladies with a really nice garden.

You will be living with Nicola, 29 and Jamie, 30 - both single! We are super friendly and fun, like to keep the flat homely and clean. It is technically an unfurnished flat, the current housemate will be taking furniture with them so we will need to grab some bits! Or if you have your own things, you can feel free to bring them along. You would need to provide own room furniture (current housemate willing to sell wardrobe if you need).

We love socialising together but also have lots of friends outside the flat so some weekends we are away and you may have the flat to yourself.

Just looking for an easygoing, chilled, happy flatmate to fit in and treat the place like home. Professionals only please.

The rent is £600 + bills (we reckon these can range from £70-100). We have a really good deal here considering the location.

The current flat mate Hannah is moving in with her boyfriend so her room will be available from 1st May.
