Room in Redland

Hi! We have a bright double room to rent in Redland (5 Minute walk to Whiteladies and Clifton Downs). The room is fully furnished (Built in Wardrobes, Bedside Table, Double Bed, and Sofa). The room is on the first floor - very separate from the rest of the house (up another floor), hence private for you! You would have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. (Sorry, we are unable to accommodate home workers or couples).

My partner and I are working professionals, working in Filton. I work in Engineering, and Hannah in Sales. We like to keep to ourselves, as we are very busy. Hence we would like a professional, and would prefer someone who likes their own space (unfortunately not a party house!).

We have had a lodger previously, as we shared the cleaning of common spaces (Bathroom/Kitchen). We didn’t interact with our lodger a great deal, but we’re respectful of each others space. We are pretty relaxed, looking for someone who will respect the house, neighbours and make the room their own.

Minimum term 1 Month (happy to discuss longer term lets). The room has just been redecorated and all carpets deep cleaned. Rent PCM: £850 (Including all bills). Permit Parking Available (RD/CN Parking free after 5pm-9am). We cannot accommodate any bike storage. Any questions please give us a shout :)
