Double room for rent in 3 bedroom flat in Redland

I will be moving out of this lovely three bedroom flat in the heart of Redland.

This flat is occupied by three young working professionals (including myself). We are looking for someone to replace me who is clean, tidy and a conscientious of others. As we are all young professionals this is not a party household and the ideal tenant would be someone who is respectful of the other occupants.

We all have different hobbies such as cycling and cooking, and enjoy the occasional flat meal together.

The large double room is unfurnished and bills are not included. Approximate bills per month are around £200-£250. The council tax band for the property is D.

Parking is available via Bristol city council permit scheme.
