The children are 17 and 15, well behaved now. Water, electricity, heating, council taxes, broadband all included. Washing machine and dish washer also available. If you bring your own TV, you have Freeview connection in the room. If you had enough of sharing a house with other messy and noisy lodgers this is the place for you, there is even a cleaner coming regularly to clean all the common area of the house. For a small extra fee you could ask her to clean your room as well.
The house is located in a quiet residential road in Westbury Park, not far from The Downs, and Whiteladies Road. There are regular and frequent buses into town day and evening. The house is just two minutes walk from Waitrose and local shops and cafes. A big Tesco is also within 15 minutes walk.
I require only three weeks deposit and I possibly prefer a female, non smoker and professional.
