Double room in country/village location with lovely views.

We have an 8 year old son.

We are a married couple (10 years) who are looking for help with the bills. We are age 44 and 45.

The double room has large fitted triple wardrobe.

There is garage space and you could have your own lounge with shared kitchen facilities.

There is ample garden and parking.

Bills included.

We would require DBS check. If you have children we will reciprocate (I have one already for my job, but my husband will get if required).

Pets will be given consideration. The garden is dog proof.

We are professionals working full time. Our son attends Collegiate College.
