The room: Furnished double room (desk and chair included), shared bathroom (with landlady only); kitchen wares, cutleries and other utensils available so no need to buy. Utility room with washing machine/dryer. Two toilets located ground and first floor (the room is upstairs). Shared living room. Parking available.

Availability: Room available 1st June.
Deposit: A month's rent (£625) and refundable security deposit (£200) required to move in.
Bills inclusive (for working professionals, council tax contribution is required; please discuss with landlady).

Preference: FEMALE preferred PLEASE (professional or student) due to the nature of shared facilities.
