Hello, I would like to welcome a housemate to join me, I am a tidy and clean professional, working in the IT industry. The home is quiet and ideal for personal space.
I have one spare bedroom with an ensuite available.
The house features a generous kitchen/dining area and a good-sized living room furnished with lovely furniture. There is also a garden and a shed for summer activities.
20 minutes walk to Tesco and Entertainment Centre (Cinema, restaurants, bowling).
14-20 minutes walk to East Didsbury tram and train stations.
The room includes the following furniture:

Wardrobe
Bedside table with drawers
I can provide additional items if needed.
You will have a dedicated parking space in the driveway.
