We have a room available to rent long term in central Newquay. The house used to be a surf lodge so the communal areas are very specious and there are lots of bathrooms throughout the house (4 showers/4 toilets)

Location: Central Newquay, 1 minute walk to Great Weston beach/Train station/Aldi/Asda

Facilities: Large shared kitchen/dining/living area, high speed internet, washing machine and tumble dryer, outside space.

Bills: The weekly rent is fully inclusive of all bills.

Part furnished double sized room, currently furnished with single bed/mattress.
There is a sink and the room is split into two sections, allowing for a separate office or living space to where the bed is.
