Hi there,
We're looking for someone to join us at our beautiful house in the Coombe Road area. The house is in a great location at Coombe road area, 5 mins walk to the Bus stop including no.25,49,48, 24 and 10 mins to both Sussex university and city centre. The 37,37B bus stop also in just 90 meter and 6 mins walk to local supermarket Aldi and 8 mins to Sainsbury from the house.

This is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a huge garden. We have washing machine with tumble dryer, three fridges and two freezers, TV, Table tennis Table and parking place etc.

We are very easygoing and enjoy chatting/cooking/socialising and occasional nights out and nights in but also respect each other privacy. Sometimes we go dining out, spending time at the beach, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling together.

We have a great private landlord who is very helpful and usually responds quickly if we need to fix or repair anything in the house.

Rent is £600 pp/pcm (including all bills and wifi).
