Please note, this is one year fixed term contract for mature students. All rent of the whole term needs to pay in advance when moving in.

Close to two large supermarkets on Lewes road and close to Lewes road main bus stops, a couple of mins of walking to the bus stops, with almost all routes of buses. Also not far from city centre. Mins to Brighton university main campus and easy to access to Sussex University too.
Bills not included, need to shared by three rooms equally.
