Hi, I'm looking to rent out a single room Mon-Fri. Looking for someone clean and organised.

I commute to London and the apartment is ideally located for someone who does the same. It's around a 3-4min walk from the station and some shops, a 6-7min walk from the town centre and a 9min walk from a big supermarket.

There is a possibility to rent a parking space as well for an additional charge of £100 per month.

At the moment the room is unfurnished as per picture, but once I find someone suitable, it will be equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and maybe a small desk if needed.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment so one will always be available. There is a communal modern kitchen, living room and dining area.

Additionally, there is a secure bike space. Viewings welcome.
