The house has a lounge and kitchen with a dining area for shared use.
I have Wi-Fi with a good fast connection. There is residents parking , secure area. 1 minutes bus stop. labout 2.5 miles from the city centre and about 18 miles from Edinburgh. The nearest train station is 10 minutes away by bus or walking, There are plenty of shopping and leisure facilities nearby including Fife Leisure Park and Duloch Park.
You will be a mature, working professional (not working from home) or student who can only work 20 hours, with a long term jobs . I would like to share with someone who is clean, quiet and tidy, and will feel comfortable in my home but respect each other’s privacy. Lastly you will be a non-smoker and like pets. ( cat)
