This is a great opportunity for a professional person working in Cirencester. Just 10 minute walk from the town center. I am ideally looking for someone who works weekdays and is away most weekends, but I am flexible.

The house is a comfortable up to date semi detached property with three bedrooms. The rent is inclusive of bills - council tax, utilities, and broadband.

The room is a spacious double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and table with a drawer for use as a desk.

There are shared bathroom, dining room, living room and conservatory. The new house mate is very welcome to use the living room weekday evenings and weekends. Parking is on street.
