Modern Flat in New Islington

PLEASE READ!!!
Our current contract ends in early September, but due to varying holidays/ planning of moves and reference checks by the letting agents there is no official move in date. It may be before or after this. We are posting now for those who might have an interest over the summer and would like to potentially organise a visit over the next few months. It is also highly likely that the rent (and potentially bills which avg. around £150 each per month) will increase as it has for the past three years.

I’m Richard, the housemate who is staying. I am 31, single and gay. I work in customer service so have varying shifts so do not work from home at present, although this may be changing soon. I enjoy cooking (mostly vegan) documentaries, I’m a big plant dad and do amateur comedy in my spare time.

Might as well just copy and paste from the standard ads on here, but we know what they all say. Looking for someone who is clean and sociable, but also respects private space. Will have people over for the odd party, but not a student house. The flat is directly in front of New Islington tram stop, south facing balcony from which you can see the etihad. 2 minute walk to the Marina, 5mins to Aldi and Pure Gym and 10 mins to Picadilly Station.
