Live in landlord but in the ground floor flat.
First floor flat, 3 bedrooms. Rooms for rent.
Newly refurbished.
Lodgers must be clean, quiet and nice.
Facilities: garden, bathroom, kitchen: washing machine/ drier, oven, hob, kitchen gadgets, 2 fridges with 1 freezer.

Rent £450/ month but you will pay all shared bills dependent on group usage. This is available on May 1 1, 2024.

Note: bills are gas, electric, water-Normal bills : water- £33, Council tax- £37.50. ( quarter share already), gas and electric are dependent on usage.
But council tax ( exempted for full time students).

Expected: shared chores for weekly cleaning ( bathroom, kitchen, hallway plus removal of rubbish).

Length: short term to long term booking. £30/day.
About me:
Live in landlord ( I use ground floor flat with my personal kitchen and bathroom ). But I use upstairs drier and oven.

2 flats were converted as 1 house.
Close to all amenities: shops, library, gym, parks, transport( bus and trains), easy commute to City Centre. Frequent bus, every 10 minutes.

No work from home, I preferred, you use your office at least 4 days a week. It’s ok for student studying many days in the week, it’s different from professional work.

Must be disciplined;
NO to:
to drugs, alcohol binging, smoking, no criminal records
Looking for mature students ( 22-30) or young professionals, someone who have 5 days activities outside home.
