I am looking for a responsible housemate to share my home. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and backs on to a golf course.

The house has easy access to the A3 (1min), Liphook village centre (3mins) and Liphook train station (5mins) which is on the Portsmouth / Guildford / Waterloo line. Liphook itself has all the usual amenities with a big Sainsburys, coffee shops, etc.

I have a dog (small rescue) and am also happy to consider renters who have their own dog. I also have some amazing walks on my doorstep for those who like the great outdoors.

The house has been recently renovated so everything is nearly new. In addition to the main living room, I have an in-built conservatory with double doors into the garden so plenty of light (even on grey days!)

As an individual, I am a professional who works in London 2 times per week but otherwise works from home.
