Loch ness! Double ensuite and kingsize ensuite

My house is situated 15 mins walk from the shores of Loch Ness and 15 mins drive from inverness.
The village has 1 supermarket, restaurants, cafes, library, a community hall with sports and activities and lots of great walks/ hiking trails.
My name is Jenny and i have a puggle called Lily( she moults a bit so please no one with allergies). I am currently a dinner lady at the local primary school after many years of working in hospitality( a well needed break) i live a fairly quiet live enjoying walks, cooking, gardening, reading and socialising with friends.
I am looking for two professionals to rent my two spare rooms. I dont mind smokers as i also smoke (trying to cut down and quit) but i ask that you do it outside as do i. If you are a easy going, tidy and friendly individual who wants to live in an idyllic setting then this is the place for you.

I have two rooms both ensuite one a large kingsize and the other a small double.
Rooms include:
Bed
Wardrobe
1 set new bedding including sheets
1 set new towels
Tv with sky, netflix, amazon and disney+

Kitchen is shared by three but you get your own cupboard space, fridge and freezer.
All other untensils, equipment, dining and cookware are shared.

Living room/ dining room is shared by two and has a tv with sky etc.
