hello—my name is CC. i'm a PhD student in Fine Art at the Glasgow School of Art. i'm looking for a flatmate for at least a 1-year lease.

About me: Before Glasgow, I did my MFA in the USA. I mostly spend time at my studio or writing in my bedroom or the library. I like to cook mostly salads and soups. I do yoga and walking as everyday practice. i'm not a party person at all but I like to gather around the table and chat with a small group of friends sometimes, and go to concerts, movies etc. i'm calm, focused, organized, neat and maybe too clean and quiet person. This flat is totally queer and open to queer+

About the flat: It is a cute attic flat that is 2 min away from Kelvin Grove Park, and you can see the River from the window. Right next to the subway station. It is a quiet and nice neighbourhood and in the middle of all the best groceries in the town. It is furnished, with 2 bedrooms, washing machines, a tv, a queen bed, mattress, closet, the bathroom has windows, storage(s), a small backyard where you can place your bike etc.
