- 30 year old female, I work in social care policy, I mostly work from home. My flat mate of 2 years is moving, so looking for someone to take the room.

- Furnished double room, includes built in wardrobe and chest of drawers (see photos).

- Gas and Electric is in the range of £60-80 per month each, depending on season. Council Tax Band B, so £78 each.

- 10 minute walk through the park into Dennistoun, to Alexandra Parade train station (20 min walk to Duke Street). Number 38 bus is 15 minutes into city centre. Good motorway links.

- It's a really quiet spot, lots of trees. The neighbours are lovely. There are always plenty of parking spaces.
