Double bed, 2b1b, June & July in Maryhill

I’m Jialin, your potential future roommate. My roommate is moving out from June so I’d like to find someone covering this period.

The flat is located in Maryhill right beside Tesco Extra, having a big gym, a climbing place, and a swimming pool in a couple of minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to botanic garden and 3 minutes to bus stop. Having 5 bus lines go directly to city centre.

It’s only available from 15May to 22July, tax included, weekly rent 100 pounds, bills approximately 50£ per month.

In the flat, we have a big living room with large windows facing southeast, allowing great sunshine coming to the house during summer.

I have a lovely cat named Cookie, he’s very friendly and love human ❤️ I don’t mind if you also bring your cat.

Just to be noted, my boyfriend will stay with me in my room during this period. He’s American and he’s very easygoing, we will keep quiet in the flat. We’d be mostly studying during this period.
