Sizeable double room in 3 story Victorian terraced house. Just off Clapham High St and 3 minutes walk to both Clapham High St and Clapham North.
Room is on 3rd floor and next to bathroom which while it is not en suite is effectively so. Nobody else is sleeping on this floor.
House owned by gay male couple (one Irish, one Brazilian) with 4 year old son (who sleeps like a dream). A child might be off putting to some prospective tenants but he is a joy to live with and by no means a style cramper. Now full time in school.
Looking for someone who is happy to be both part of the household and has their own life. Social household who have had tenants previously so know what works. Youthful outlook on life (need it with a young child!).
