Peaceful Room in Beautiful Kentish Town Garden Fla

The room is in a peaceful, newly refurbished flat, 7 minutes walk from the Heath, Kentish Town Tube, Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West. The flat has been decorated to a high standard and is divided over two floors, with a spacious kitchen/sitting room and a secluded garden.

The bedroom itself has a comfortable bed, and there is room for a desk if needed, which I would be happy to buy.

I work from a garden office and sometimes need to use the main space to do Zoom calls. I am pretty sociable and would be happy to hang out and share meals whilst giving each other adequate space. I am interested in psychoanalysis, literature, art and the house is filled with books. I enjoy walking on the Heath, seeing friends, love cooking, into organic, slow food, thoughtful living. I swim in the ponds, cycle, go to the nice markets in the area, cinema, all the usual things. I am pretty active yoga, gym, some running.

The big thing here is that I have a rescue dog who is nervous of people and I am looking for someone who would be prepared to put up with some challenges until he got used to you. This place really needs an experienced dog person, and it would take some effort to build a relationship with the dog, which would be necessary in order to live in the same space. This might mean coming on walks etc and helping train him to accept you. I would of course discuss a rent reduction whilst we are acclimatising. Only experienced dog people please, and especially good if there is experience with shepherds and other guardian breeds.
