Double room in Victorian house close to tube

The available room (which is my current room but I would be moving to the room of the flatmate who is sadly leaving to go live with friends) is a furnished double room, with lots of natural light (two big windows) and very peaceful even if it faces the street (it is a quiet residencial street).

- All bills (water, energy, Council Tax and internet) included
- Extra storage room available in attic
- Shared bathroom (toilet + shower) + additional cloakroom toilet

The house is very airy, with a lot of natural light as well and wooden floors that make it feel very cozy. It is located a 10 minute walk from Leytonstone tube station and a 12/15 min walk from Leyton tube station (both for easy access to Central London on the Central Line) and a 10 minute walk from Leytonstone High Road Station for the Overground. There are nice cafes and shops nearby in Francis Road, supermarkets and gyms also nearby, as well as several pubs (the house is in between Heathcote and Northcote pubs) and parks (mainly, Wanstead Flats for lovely leafy walks toward Forest Gate, but Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is not so far away either). As for the landlords, they are a young couple living abroad and very responsive and all-around nice.

You’d be living with 2 friendly male professionals (me and Nick, who occupies the 3rd room in the house). We enjoy doing our own thing but would also like to find a 3rd flatmate to hang out with now and then too. We are ideally searching for someone who works full time (happy if you work a few days remotely, but probably would not be looking for someone who works from home every day) and is laid-back and sociable, up to occasionally gathering for dinner or a glass of wine.
