Double bedroom and separate living room

Living room now unfurnished.

I am looking for a housemate (or couple) to take the second bedroom in this victorian house in the heart of Peckham.

The house is situated just off Bellenden Road (lined with restaurants, shops and pubs) and is a 5 minute walk to Peckham Rye overground station and multiple busses.

I have lived in the house for 15 years and love the community feeling on the street, and the peaceful garden.

Your rent would include the 2nd double bedroom plus your own private living room. All bills are also included.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The kitchen has everything you’d need (washing machine, fridge, gas top cooker…). The living room that would be yours has a sofa, arm chair and optional desk (perfect for working from home). The bedroom has a bed, new mattress and wardrobe.

You’d be sharing the house with me, Simon. I work in retail selling fabric, and like to spend my free time making clothes and quilts, gardening and going to the theatre.
