Rooms can include new bed/new wardrobe or you can bring in your own furniture.

Shared Kitchen/Diner includes your own new fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

The other lodgers include live in landlord and are aged between 45 to 65 ,that go out to work during the day so will want a quite house at night.

• The rooms are for one person only {Strictly No visitors}
• All of your belongings are to be kept in your room, there is no other storage space.

Close to Bruce grove train station from where trains run to Liverpool Street station and a short walk to shops Aldi etc
