Short term let for a one bedroom flat in the Woolwich Central development (right above Tesco). Please note - the photos were taken 3.5 years ago so the flat has seen some wear & tear since then and there is cladding work currently being done, meaning there is scaffolding right outside.

There is a private winter garden in the balcony area of the flat but the scaffolding means it's not currently pleasant to sit outside. It is still useful for storage though.

The price reflects the work currently being done as well as it being a short term let. We are listing the flat for sale which is why this a short let only - the minimum term is 4 months but the renter is welcome to stay until the flat is sold. Whoever rents the flat must be okay with occasional viewings.

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom - 5 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR and train station.

Comes partly furnished (everything except a sofa).

Service charge is included in the price, however all other bills are extra.
