Room in Waterside Apartment

My current flatmate is moving out and so I will have a room available in the flat.

It’s 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an open plan kitchen/living room area and a balcony.

The room available has almost exclusive use of the main bathroom as the other room has an en-suite.

Rent is £475 per month and we currently spend around £240 a month each on bills + council tax (this could go up slightly depending on usage but has averaged this over the last year). The room is available the first week of July but the move in date is flexible within that week.

I’m currently a junior doctor and therefore work varied shifts but enjoy cooking, going out for drinks and running/going the gym. Looking for someone who’s willing to socialise and make the place stay feeling like a home 🏡
