Double room in quiet house

I am looking for a lodger for my 3 bedroomed home which is very near Aintree hospital.

I'm looking for a professional who would like to live in a quiet residential area within walking distance of some good bars and restaurants, to the train station and excellent bus routes to the city centre. The house is also very close to a pretty urban wood, canal, Aintree racecourse and cycle path.

I am going to be here only part of the week so for the most part you will have the house to yourself. I have 1 small cat who is very shy and I would love a lodger who would be happy to spend some time with her.

The room is double with a desk and wardrobe. Shared bathroom facilities. Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, courtyard, on street parking.
