It's 5 minutes from station and 10 mins from the forum and maybe 7 minutes from Drummond St. The rent is 785 per month but august is free.
The large chair and fan or not a part of the room- so can remove or leave as per your wish.
There are also tonnes of events organised by the management, and they have an onsite library etc for studying- with a printer. Additionally music rooms with piano and drums and pool table if that is your thing. Please reach out to arrange a viewing.
