Double Bedroom available in Northfield Area

My current flatmate is moving out before 1st July (earliest move in date is 15th/16th June) and I'm on the look out for a new flatmate :)

The room itself is unfurnished, but my flatmate will most likely be happy to leave some furniture behind for a negotiated price (to maximise space, my flatmate had a single bed though instead of a double bed) :).

The flat also has a large living room as a communal space and a shared study space as well (it has extra unused space if anyone needs an extra wardrobe, etc) I also attached pictures of the kitchen and the bathroom.

The flat is in a great location, just outside of the city centre but only 15-20 mins bus ride away from Princes Street (buses are quite regular, every 5-10mins and there are quite a few options). Portobello Beach is only 20-min walk away and Figgate Park is only 5-min walk away. There is also a Morrisons 10-min walk away.

About me :) I am a professional working full-time (in a hybrid setting), I also enjoy my downtime when home so I'm quite an introvert, I understand personal space and I will respect someone else's as well.
It would be great to have a like-minded individual move in, preferably not a student due to council tax reasons (unless they are happy to pay council tax). The rent is £995 per month, so £492.50 each (excluding bills and council tax, which is currently around £150-200 each per month). There is also a deposit of £492.50 (1 month) that would need to be paid.
