Double Room In Large Eccentric House

I live with my dog & 2 lodgers close to Scarborough town centre & station. Unfortunately one of my lodgers is moving on to be closer to work.

The room itself is recently redecorated - double wardrobe, chest of drawers, drawers under the bed & bedside table - the mattress is high quality & firm (EVE), & there are comfy chairs.

The living room is usually free for lodgers as I also have my own living room. There is one very large bathroom shared between 3 of us. The kitchen has a new range with 2 ovens. There is a tiny side room with desk that anyone is welcome to use & a back yard full of plants that is nice to sit out in.

All bills are included. We have superfast fibre broadband. A cleaning lady comes regularly & I keep recycled toilet paper & washing up liquid topped up.

Sainsburys is only a few minutes walk over the road, even closer is a OneStop shop less than a minute away. Also a short walk away are doctor surgery, dentist (taking on new NHS patients!), bus stops & cafes. There is parking but on street - you just need to apply for a permit.

I am quiet & tidy, as is the other lodger who is staying on. She is a carer & studying for her masters. I haven't been employed due to chronic health problems but I am a poet & soon to start training as a psychotherapist.
