£160 per week or £650 per Calendar Month, paid in advance.
Semi detached 3 bed House located on the Ladygrove Estate in Didcot.
Set in the corner of a cu-de-sac, with off road parking, access to the garage if you have a bike or even motor bike.
I am quite often working away from home and you will have the house to yourself for sometimes weeks at a time so you must be trustworthy and respectful of my home.
Clean comfortable double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV and spare bedding if you wish to use it.
You will be more than welcome to use the kitchen, dining area and living room as you please as well as the washing machine and dryer along with my Netflix.
you will have to share a Family bathroom and down stairs loo but unlikely you will ever be kept waiting.
I am relaxed and easy to get on with and will respect your space as that is what you will be paying for.
Cleaner comes around once every 2 week (no extra cost to you) so you will need to tell me if you are happy for them to go in your room.
all bill included.
would prefer a professional Monday to Friday but this is flexible if you need to stay for the odd weekend as i do work away for some times weeks on end but would prefer the house to myself for the weekends i am home.
